    Example: a Glasgow roofing firm

    A one-page site that turned a word-of-mouth business into one that gets found on Google.

    The problem
    All work came through referrals. Anyone searching for a roofer in the area found competitors first, and there was nothing to send a prospective customer to.
    What I built
    A single-page site with the service area, real photos of finished jobs, and a phone number visible without scrolling. Set up so it appears for local searches.
    The outcome

    Example: a mobile dog groomer

    A booking tool that replaced a paper diary and a stream of missed calls.

    The problem
    Appointments were taken by phone while driving between jobs, written in a diary, and regularly double-booked or forgotten.
    What I built
    A booking system customers use themselves, with automatic reminder texts and a route-friendly day view on a phone.

    Example: a farm shop

    An online store and collection system built for a business that had never sold online.

    The problem
    Strong local trade in person, no way to sell to customers who could not make the drive, and no appetite for a complicated system.
    What I built
    A small store with click-and-collect slots, card payments, and a stock screen simple enough to use behind the counter on a busy Saturday.
